i'm judge jeanine pirro. closing arguments ended earlier. the judge instructed the jury on the law and ordered the jury to again their deliberations. we now await a verdict in the trial that has captured this nation's attention for nearly two months. joining me with the latest holly bristow. she has been following the trial from the start. >> judge, today we had the closing arguments, rebuttal on the closing arguments for the state prosecutors. prosecutor ashton got up and went up there and went head-to-head with what the defense laid out in their closing arguments yesterday. he attacked their entomologist saying their entomologist is saying one thing that these bugs weren't here, weren't there. trying to set a timeline. he said our entomologist had more experience. going back and forth, telling these jurors why they should believe the prosecution's witnesses. then linda drain-burr is the lead prosecutor on this days. -- up there for a while talking about different things. what hit home is she said, why would

welcome to "justice" i am judge jeanine pirro. casey anthony left the florida jail in the we hours of the morning. where is she? nobody is exactly sure. joining us is shannon butler a reporter with our fox affiliate in orlando. you were there what was it like? >> well, casey anthony was released just about after midnight. she walked out of the jail. as she was in the lobby she looked down looked up and looked down again thanked the deputies and walked out the door. jose bias was next to her. they walked out of the back door drove off within seconds they were out of the lobby in the orange county jail. what was the crowd reaction when she was released? >> dozens of people lined up just in front of the jail. officers had bare kids along that area so nobody could get near casey anthony. as the cars were pulling out it was almost a mob mentality. everybody rushed the vehicles they rushed the deputy cars some of them yelling baby killer. as they walked up to the car it was so bad the mounted patrol and some deputies had to keep the peo

. >> juliet: judge jeanine pirro, what is your gut telling you. >> a woman involved in a divorce andhistory. he have her parents going to be on the show and they have strong feeling about what happened here. apparently there had been a history of threats that she never reported to law enforcement. there is also a report that there was her blood found in his apartment and here is the most stunning part of it. this guy is not searching for his wife missing for seven weeks, he's flipping the bird to volunteers, who are out there searching for his beautiful wife and the mother of his three children. he's an ex-cop and a construction worker. if that gives you some sense of what his capability is and her car is left at his house near a dumpster, 100 yards away from the front door. what mother goes to pick up her child and picks the car a football field away. think about it. >> clayton: beyond that, all of that stuff stacks up to evidence and why aren't cops bringing this guy in. cops need to make sure they have evidence beyond a reasonable doubt. if arrest someone and acquittal that's doub
