. >> reporter: this time the charges are against jeanne clarke harris. she is a local p.r. executive and is said to have done consulting work for mayor gray's 2010 campaign. she also has close ties to fundraiser jeffrey thompson. you'll remember the fbi raided his home back in march. according to court documents released late this afternoon, harris is accused of being involved with crimes having to do with donating money in the niche other people. harris has been charged with make -- name of other people. harris has been charged with making donations to federal and local offices including to mayor vincent gray's campaign. meanwhile you'll remember jeffrey thompson's home and office were raided in march by the fbi. we're told harris' office was also raided the same day. thompson's nfl not mentioned in court documents -- thompson's name was not mentioned in court documents today. the court documents filed today indicate there could be a plea agreement tomorrow. a federal court hearing has been scheduled for 1:00 tomorrow. matt ackland, fox 5 news. >> to talk more about what t
