cnn's jeanne casarez joins me now. ne, there is so much here in these allegations, what should we know? >> a 35-page civil complaint federal court in the southern district of new york. these allegations are extremely serious. this is brought about because of the survivors act which allows cases involving sexual assault in this window to be brought, no matter what the statute of limitations was on them. in this case, what cassie is alleging, a cycle of violence, that there was, abuse cruelty, that there was actually sexual abuse,, sex trafficking, in new york and california, and sexual battery. she says that employees of -- sean love combs would watch, that she was bruised, kicked, and punch to the ground, blood everywhere. they would not say anything out of loyalty. she also says in regard to the sex trafficking, and that -- recorded on his electronic devices and told her she was going to keep them. she also says the head of security saw how bloody she was at one point and together they cried. he did nothing about it. a
