if their prophet warren jeffs who is now in jail tells them to do something, they do it. including in the past when he's told 13-year-old or 14-year-old girls they have to marry men in their 60s, 70s or 80s. they do it. their families make everything move to make it happen. so it's the kind of situation we go there and try to talk to the people who are members of the flds. they run away from us because they're scared to be seen with us. they could get in trouble if they talk to an outsider like myself. >> i know you interviewed a couple who say they were discriminated against. what story did they tell you? >> they got a home -- a young man, classic case. he worked as a young man working on work crews when he was about 8 years old. he left the community. was never compensated. finally, he was given a home when they started taking over the land trust. he was badly disabled on a work-related site down in phoenix, so he's disabled. he was never compensated for his work as a child. he and his family were given a home. they're non-flds. the flds community didn't want them there

jeff. >> glor: charlie d'agata, thank you. we are joined by robert baer a former cia case officer with 21 years experience in the middle east. bob, the power struggle that is now taking place between the muslim brotherhood and the generals, how do you see that playing out? >> jeff, i think we are just seeing the beginning of this. yes, the muslim brotherhood has taken the presidency, the military so far has deferred, but the power struggle is by no means over. as the president starts to exert power i think there is going to be a military pushback, the chances of this turning to violence very quickly are very high, we can see the military put tanks in the street and even see them simply just over throw the government. i think the possibilities of that are very good. >> glor: so bob as you know the u.s. spent billions funding egypt's military, what does that mean for the u.s. moving forward? >> jeff, that is exactly the problem is for all of these years since camp david we have been supporting the military, we have been funding

that fugitive being warren jeffs.recovered when jeffs was arrested written by the former chief declared, i am praying for you to be protected. the state senate passed the bill. then something surprising happened in the house. two representatives, nonflds members who represent colorado city in the legislature, took up the church's cause to keep the police department intact. with their leadership, the bill died in a close vote. mcclane and gooddale say the bill is unconstitutional because they claim the city is being singled out. they also acknowledge they want to support their constituents. another part of their argument, listen to this -- >> things are changing up there and it just doesn't seem fair to go backwards in time when things are finally opening up. >> reporter: but that directly contradicts what gary angle sees. he's the primary investigator of the flds for the county prosecutor's office. do you think things are getting better in colorado city? >> no, things are getting mump wor much worse up there. >> repor

jeff what do you think about as you await this jury? because we know that they asked today to look over the transcripts of testimony by mike mcqueary, one of the coaches who said he saw jerry sandusky in the showers with a very young boy. with jerry sandusky pressed up against this young boy. also, they reviewed a defense witness transcripts who said the initial story that jerry sandusky told him differs from what he said on the stand. >> this is an overwhelming case. his attorney is guilty of the crime of honesty, because he like every one else who has followed this case closely, i think, i don't want to speak for every one, but certainly i speak for many, we'd all have heart attacks if there was an acquit al here, because there was close to know defense in this case. sure, the defense raised the possibility that some of the witnesses had told different versions of the story, they raised the issue some of them might have a financial motive, but when you have eight defendants that is almost irrefutable evidence and given how long this j
