jeff bush, at one of the hospitals in richmond. jeff? >> reporter: here at kaiser, there has been a steady flow of patients coming in, many just came in to get checked out just in case but some are tightness of chest, difficulty breathing, coffee, watery eyes, things like that. they are taking their blood pressure and other vital signs, they will keep them for observation for a little bit to make sure they are okay. most of the patients are leaving the hospital here with face masks on and they are being instructed to go home and shelter in place. jeff bush, kron 4 news. >> live on the right hand side of the screen at the chevron refinery fire in richmond. chevron officials saying they are sorry, they will have a meeting tomorrow where they hope to have more answers for the community. tens of thousands of people effected by this with shelter in place. as jeff mentioned, people showing up at hospitals with concerns. we learned this fire is contained, which is not the same as being out. so it could still be a long night. no clear answer yet
