. >> hello again i am jeff barnd. karen has tonight off. baltimore county police say their investigation into a deadly light rail crash is over. and they found no criminal wrongdoing. myranda stephens has the latest now from lutherville. >> well, jeff, police officially ruled last month deadly train accident here near the lutherville light rail station just that. an unfortunate accident. 17-year-old connor peterson and kyle wankmiller were walking along the train tracks july 5 when a train fatally struck them from behind. the operator of the train told police he did not see the boys and investigators say they found no evidence that drugs, alcohol, or even cell phone use were involved. the attorney for both families, however, said the operators were negligent, claiming one operator that saw the boys earlier on the tracks never warned other drivers, and the operator who actually hit them was looking down at the time of the crash. and not ahead. >> you know, kids sort of do things every day that are not

. >> hello, i am jeff barnd. >> and i am jennifer gilbert. tropical storm danny is growing in the atlantic ocean tonight. gaining strength and gaining speed. >> this could become a full-fledged hurricane. and one track has it coming close to the state of maryland. >> chief meteorologist vytas reid is here with a first look at the sky watch forecast. vytas. >> jennifer and jeff. watching closely this storm. meandering out there for the last day or so. looking at tropical storm danny out in the atlantic. with winds sustained at 46 miles per hour. gusting to 58 miles per hour. the potential is that this could become a category one storm as we continue to monitor this storm as it makes the track up through the atlantic. warm ocean waters out there of the left over from what bill pushed through the. but the track from the hurricane center is taking it up off the coast of delmarva, few hundred miles. and this is saturday afternoon. category one storm. but watch it closely. within the shade of blue here is potential track. it could go west or furthe

. >> hello, i am jeff barnd. jennifer gilbert has tonight off. baltimore county police have arrested a couple for having sex with children. police say it happened in middle river. the alleged victims are as young as two. keith daniels at county police headquarters with the story. keith? >> well, jeff, police say the couple made porno videos. they are not sure how long they have done it. but they do know that they did it in other locations. one of the videos they found is titled "fun in atlanta" but tonight there is concern over the shocking discovery in middle river. baltimore county police want everybody to take a good look at these people. it is 34-year-old john nicklas, and 26-year-old shannon honeya. accused of filming and promoting child pornography. and nikolaus is accused of having sex with his victims. >> that is sad. really sad. >> police say the abuse happened in the couples home in the 9700 block of car myer road in middle river. the victims range in age from two to 13. >> the neighbors cannot believe it. i mean, anyone that would hurt
