"action news" has been on the scene as one of more than a half dozen ambulances... "action news" was on the scene as one of more than a half dozen ambulances rushed a victim to the hospital, and the front end of a blue mazda was completely mangled. witness who stopped to help say several people were thrown from the black mazda vehicle, including children.
