jeff: what we are seeing more so internationally today, i described them as short cycle barrels. so we don't see a lot of the 40 year greenfieldion dollar investment. we see a lot more of producing barrels more quickly, and i think we will see that focus more with national oil companies around the world then maybe we would have seen eight years ago. we would have seen a lot of money spent on infrastructure, which today, more of that spend is much better for halliburton. alix: do you feel like you have more pricing power internationally? jeff: i think we will gain power over time. let's let it lay out -- let it play out. pricing power returns generally in select markets because it -- markets before it becomes broad. we have a lot of opportunity. we see our tool order book filling up. big tenders, large tenders tend to be very competitive. but they also do is soak up a lot of equipment and capacity. for halliburton, i have been very clear that we are focused on profitable growth, so that means we are making profit and growing, so soaking up capacity internationally helps us in that direction. alix: does the super cycle thesis th
