my name is jeff hyatt and i'll forgive mark for mispronouncing my last name but i'll mess up his last name as well. which is why i call him mark z. [laughter] but we appreciate the opportunity to present the findings from our peer review panel to you today and i'm going to talk a little bit about just what our peer review process is and then let the panelists go over the observations and recommendations that came out of our review a few weeks ago. just real quickly and i guess i should briefly say, i think you're aware of the american public transportation association, we are a 1500-member association that represents the transit center. some of our members are stakeholders and operators of this facility now and in the future. so, we certainly appreciated the opportunity to be able to come in here and assist tjpa in this effort and the scope that they have defined that we'll talk about. so the peer review process is a service that provides its members and others associated with the organization and it is a valuable resource. what it does is allows the opportunity to bring in highly exp
