we'll let jeff martinez give you more details coming up ahead. >> lots of folks trying to get rid ofne woman who sold her truck to pay off auto loan only to find she still owed money at the bank. here is michael finney. >> nancy little and her son loved the dodge truck but monthly payments were a little too high. so they sold it paid off the bank loan and was happily rid of the debt. so they thought. >> they still want their money. >> here is what happened. when she sold the truck the buyer paid with this cashier's check. he is a used to it pay off the auto loan. everything was fine until three weeks later when wells fargo called. >> they sent the title back, they don't have the check. >> wells fargo it received a copy of the cashier's check but not the real thing. the bank cannot cash a copy. it said nancy still owed $8100 on her loan. her truck was long gone. >> this vehicle that i no longer own, don't have a title to it, that that i would have to keep paying the vehicle. >> the bank started billing her plus late fees. she sent the original check applause copy. wells fargo said no,
