. >>> let's talk about miller relative to the washington post piece and start with jeff given your position at the white house. with regard to how accurate this portrayal is of stephen miller and his roll, the influence he has over the president's immigration policies. how do you read it? >> well, i think it's been clear. i think it is clear that stephen miller has an influence with regard to immigration. he's been a key driver of not only the policy itself but the way it's presented. and that is rooted in his background as a communications person, and it was interesting to read that story just to talk -- just to see how he believes in these policies. i don't think that's a surprise, but it was certainly interesting to hear from him. and alex, if i can go back to the previous topic briefly on biden. i would disagree just slightly with my colleague about saying that the vice president wasn't do much when he was vice president. i think that poll is a reflection, and i agree with this, that when you're in the public sphere now running for president, it changes a little bit. but -- and people m

dillon miller a pathologist sudden cardiac arrhythmia, in late terms a heart attack. manner of death. natural. jeff adachi died february 22nd. so two different conclusions so different. how could that be? >> there were enough red flags in the autopsy report that it didn't real he reflects the truth. >> reporter: bob khan is the adachi family lawyer. he says the autopsy reveals the left artery was 80% clogged. his right artery 50% blocked. it also says that adachi had an abnormally enlarged heart and untreated cardiovascular disease. this chronology of the night he died. it says he and his female friend had dinner together at a restaurant. his friend says he started complaining of a stomach ache and began sweating profusely, classic symptoms of cardiac arrest. they took a ride share to a north beach apartment they borrowed from a friend for the week. his symptoms became worse, he became unresponsivunresponsive called 911. ada adachi was taken to the hospital where he died. his family is supposed of the findings. >> it said jeff died of alcohol and cocaine toxicity but levels detected were too low to

jeff sessions in the senate. senator sessions is one of the most adamant opponents of immigration and donald trump used to talk to breitbart when milleras talking to breitbart as well. miller told his friends he wished trump would run for president, and as soon as he did miller started working behind the scenes on the campaign and formally joined him. >> tim, how were the presidents beliefs on this matter? there's been reporting about the trump organization and its use of immigrant labor. how closely held are the president's beliefs when it comes to immigration? how easily could he be swayed about what stephen miller was espousing and these restrictionist policies that he was bringing to the president? >> i think he's very easily swayed because he doesn't hold any policy very close to the vest or close to his heart. he's not in any of this for policy. he can be inflammatory. he campaigns on these things but he's never been a student of the finer points of any policy including immigration. ais you note, he's hypocritical. he runs hotels and golf courses that are dependent on migrant labor and his businesses wouldn't thrive without that
