. >> host: jeff moulton. estonia. what's special? why do you travel to estonia. >> several reasons. one, the most digital economy in the world. granted, they're a lot smaller, 1.3 million residents. so it's easier for them because the scale is a lot less difficult to implement. they were hacked be the russians several years ago and learned a very valuable lesson and stated after that happened, this will not happen again and they have done a tremendous job. the guy that runs the tulane university cyber program is a good friend of mine, a german fellow and he came from the university college of london. asked me if i'd come over there and teach. the. it's a fascinating curricula. this is not the normal conventional course. this is a hands-on exercise. basically takes theory and puts it into an application mode. last year we had lawyers working with digital forensic investigators, hand in glove to go out and actually investigate the crime, put the evidence together, bring it to the court, and actually do a mock trial and present their evidence. this is the way you should be teaching. pr
