jeff pegues is in washington with new details about what police are learning. jeff?ight hours into this investigation, details are still fluid at this point, and so we might be getting changes. one of the thilgs that we've heard over the last several minutes is that this suspect, this shooter did have now, what we're being told by our federal law enforcement sources is the contacts with police were of a local nature in that he was having some sort of run-ins with local police there. we're not sure exactly what that means, whether it was a parking ticket. it was nothing that rose to the level of federal law enforcement and it doesn't appear to be anything that was extremely serious or anything that would have at least from outward signs led up to the type of shooting that we saw. for the most part, he was not on law enforcement radar as someone you have to watch for or be on the lookout for. that's part of the thinking going into this investigation in the early stages now. they know that he's 64 years old or was 64 years half from where the attack occurred. we also kn
