let's turn things over to jeff ranieri. jeff, we needed this, quick punch of rain here. >> yeah, the first widespread measurable rainfall of november arrived early this morning, with a most complex of wet weather right there across the peninsula and also the south bay. so for the south bay, something we have not seen a lot of over the past year, and that was widespread cloud cover here in our weather underground time lapse network throughout the morning hours and also rain that totalled over a half inch for a lot of the higher elevations in the south bay. so, how did we do on the rainfall totals? well, probably rain from the top three storms of the past 12 months here for san jose, you can see for parts of the south bay we had .15 downtown, .24 iniesta and nearly a half inch. the peninsula also did really well when it came to those rainfall totals, pillar point, .42, .64 there across kings mountain. .43 in san carlos, and check it out, redwood shores also at .33, as well. now, we are not done with this rainfall just yet. we
