nbc's jeff rossen is back with a segment we like to call "busted!."meras are always rolling, all these people we're about to show you, innocent until proven guilty, and we have some real doozies today. right to the first one, it's from philadelphia, it's in a doughnut shop called fresh doughnuts. this man is ordering a sandwich, and he's also ordering coffee, like many of us do. >> sure. >> he's arguing with the woman because she says you didn't pay me yet. he says i already did pay you, and so while they're arguing the woman still gives him the coffee but watch what he does next. >> i paid you for my stuff, man. >> oh! . did he throw the coffee at her? >> took the hot coffee and threw it all over her. the woman actually got second degree burns, you can see the bandage on her arm. she's going to be okay and here's one of those situation, because the cameras were rolling this guy's going to get in trouble. they put it out to the local news. the police did. the man saw himself so much on television he turned himself in. he is now charged, his lawyer has

jeff rossen is here with the last on this.hat are authorities exactly saying about the details of this death and what are the talk, though, about the autopsy results? they're out soon. >> law enforcement is telling nbc new this is an apparent suicide. there are reports she was left hanging. what police are going to be looking for right now in this autopsy is about 40 miles north of new york city where this is happening. you can see the kennedy family home. it is absolutely beautiful and sprawling and she helped refurbish the home with rfk jr. what they're going to be looking for are anything in her system, drugs, alcohol, anything like that. friends are detailing in several newspapers that she had sort of gone into a spiral since getting separated from rfk jr. in 2010. pulled over to a dwi. later pled guilty. pulled over later. this was indicative of the spiral she was in and clearly no one knew just how deep her problems were. >> was there any talk of them trying to reconcile or was this -- the second marriage for rfk jr. >>

nbc's jeff rossen is here with the latest on that. good morning to you. >> good morning, guys.s case is rolling on. right now, sarah jones is out on bail. but here's the catch. she has to wear an electronic ankle bracelet. not allowed to text anyone or even drink alcohol. she went to court on monday trying to get the judge to ease up on those restrictions, but that judge wasn't having it. that's her, sarah jones. cheerleading captain for the cincinnati bengals. she seemed to have it all together. but police say sarah was hiding a dark secret. a sexual relationship with a teenage boy. and not just any teenage boy, one of her own students. you see, sarah was cheering part time but worked all week teaching english at this kentucky high school. >> we filed over 9,000 pages of discovery. the commonwealth is confident in our case and we look forward to the trial date. >> reporter: sarah is charged with first degree sexual abuse. her mother is also charged with covering it up. both pled not guilty. now, out on bail, ordered to home confinement. >> sarah, do you have any comment about

nbc's jeff rossen has the latest. good morning to you. >> reporter: good morning to you. police are now trying to figure out exactly what happened inside the family home. but law enforcement sources now tell nbc news this is an apparent suicide. and "the new york times" is citing two sources familiar with the case that she did it by hanging herself. the kennedys' latest tragedy playing out here on the family property in upscale bedford, new york. by the time police arrived wednesday, mary kennedy was dead. the estranged wife of robert f. kennedy jr., mother of their four children, apparently killed herself. unclear if she left a note explaining why. >> the idea that somebody in that family would kill himself or herself, i would have considered that unthinkable. >> reporter: the kennedys separated two years ago as mary kennedy battled with drug and alcohol problems. in may 2010, she was arrested for dwi and pled guilty to a lesser charge. months later, she was stopped for driving under the influence of prescription pills. that charge was later dropped. >> so they were all
