i tried work really heard and community and poke to jeff tumlin. had a meeting. i was hoping there was i way we can work temperature make it work we are in the past we did work with muni and it was successful. we are talking about 15-25th avenue. but one of the biggest things this really bothers me and fimay address jeff tumlin permission and his answer to me was i have to do it or i lose the money. >> it is upon not afford to put mow out of business. i got a call from willie brown and told him the discussion hi with jeff and willie said. when money? i'm asking you. we are not against improving municipal and he not against improving transportation. but be considerate of people that are really hurting. we have not recovered. i have a shop i don't seat many people i used to have in my shop. my wife is an eftigz. people come on appointment of the they have come late. why? they could in the park. they drive over an hour to find a spot to park. >> that is your time. thank you very much. >> and everybody gets the same time. next speaker, please. thank you. thank you ve
