a difficult day for the family of regginae jefferies. in just a couple of hours they will bury this young woman who had such a promising future. we are told at 10:30 this morning a procession will begin at fuller funeral home and the body of regginae will be brought by a horse-drawn carriage about 20 blocks down international boulevard up to the gospel church where the funeral will take place at 11 this morning. now, regginae was shot last week in downtown oakland while she was attending a vigil for two of her friends who drowned last month. the teenager was one of five people struck by gunfire on franklin near 13th street. her family says regginae was a cheerleading captain at her high school and also a talented dancer. this crime has really struck quite a nerve with many in this community. i talked this morning with one father who told me he is planning planning to attend today's funeral service even though he didn't know regginae. >> i have four daughters and i can't imagine what these people are going through. and it's just such a se
