after the hospital, then he's taken to the jefferson county jail. take a look at these photos we got from hooper's attorney. according to hooper's attorney, he was reaching out the door of the jail cell for water. the deputy on duty slammed his hand in the jail door. it took so long to rescue his hand that according to hooper's attorney, they say his hand was crushed. all of this happened on the evening of may 8th. the reason i'm telling you this story now is hooper is now suing primeville, cooke county, jefferson county, and 15 officers from three different agencies for $5 million claiming harassment. one of the many reasons he's filing the lawsuit is because of the damages he suffered to his hand. he can no longer work. his previous job was that of an auto mechanic. >> this has to be one of the most difficult rescues, the people of india. this antelope stuck in a canal. people jump in the water with ropes to dive into the right place so we can then pull it out. of course, a scared antelope would put up a fight. i think what they were waiting to do
