charms town, cape -- charles town, cabletown and jefferson county moving toward the east. may be a couple of sprinkles out there. otherwise a quiet morning and chilly morning but not as cold as it should be 506789 in luray. 54 fredericksburg. the cold epps spots are in the -- coldest spots are in the lower 40s. average high is 46. as far as the winds they're starting to kick in far western maryland and west virginia. a gust in petersburg right now at 43. i'm going to step out of the way. this is a cool looking sky in tysons corner this morning. we're about a half-hour before the sunrise. a couple of clouds in there. that's just neat. 49 degrees on our michael & son weather camera with partly cloudy conditions. dew point is 47. so not too much of a spread. the humidity high but that dew point number, watch that thing drop big time as the drier air moves in for the next day and a half before we see more rain chances come thursday. but today the winds will kick up. maybe mountain snow showers but other than a passing sprinkle here, i think it will be a relatively quiet day. l
