finally it is my pleasure to welcome jeffrey will the rosen of the center which if you haven't been in philadelphia and you should go. it's a wonderful exhibit, rotating exhibits. it builds itself -- i got this awful website -- the first and only if nonprofit non-partisan institution devoted to the individual freedom the u.s. constitution with the cato come bachelet lubber? he's also with the george washington university law school, a fellow at the brookings institution and legal affairs editor of the new republic. he's a highly regarded journalist whose workers appeared in the magazine, the monthly and either atlantic people he writes for both. "the chicago tribune" named him one of the ten best magazine editors and the nation calls him the most widely read commentator. since 2002 and a moderator at the aspen institute where he hosts panels on technology, privacy, free speech and democracy. he's the author of several books including the supreme court, personalities and rivalries that define america. he's a graduate of harvard college, oxford university where he was a marshall scholar.
