homeland security secretary jeh johnson and tsa administrator peter neffenger will both speak to theedia this afternoon. they'll outline steps taken to protect increased passengers this summer. neffenger received yesterday. he blamed the wait times at airports on more passengers, just the volume. more carry-on bags and less screening staff. neffenger says several large airports are experimenting with travel light lanes for passengers who only carry on a small item like a briefcase or a purse. the tsa also hopes more people will enroll in the precheck screening program. a business coalition criticized the tsa saying blaming passengers won't solve the problem of unconsciously long security lines. volunteers went through mock checkups. delays were caused by waterç bottles left in bags, also laptops and even guns. >> it finds longer to get through the airport. >> i usually will go up to the front and say i'm going to miss a flight, this is taking way too long. i have gotten close. >> the port authority sent a letter to the tsa last week, pleading for relief from the long lines and warne
