jehmu, how important is his endorsement? >> i don't think it carries a lot of weight as his plummeting poll numbers show. he talked a lot about the we the people aspects in the remarks, but the poll numbers so that we the people are ready for him to be out of this race and i don't think he's going to be able to provide a large base of support, especially at a time when we've already seen his support shift dramatically to gingrich. i think the possibility for him to have an impact has already been completely diminished and they've chosen the not herman cain person already. >> so with the tea party movement and the conservative movement, i believe that herman cain can make a difference. iowa does not dictate to the rest of the country. if you check his poll numbers in south carolina, they were still up. so, i still think that this man with his swagger, as you say, jehmu, might make a givens in endorsing a republican hopeful. >> don't go anywhere, we might be coming back to you. thank you for your insights, kelly. >> kelly: and

jehmu greene and janine borrelli and fox news contributor. thanks for joining us. for herman cain and his wife gloria. i wanted to begin with your reaction to the event itself, the pep rally, i'm not sure what to call it. >> listen. i think herman cain is an example of american exceptional he blows the mist out of the water that blacks need a special treatment. he grew up in on segregated south. he is a successful businessman. he was running for the highest office of the land, president of the united states. his story if he can do it anybody can do it. >> heather: but the event the way it was staged. >> i compare it to a pep rally. it was similar to his announcement. when he had his announcement there were 15,000 people and in comparison to some of the other republican candidates, really somber announcements. there wasn't as much excitement. his base of supporters still believe in him and he was going out with a bang. he was going outs with a bang. i think we haven't seen the last of herman cain based on what he would like to have happen but looking at his impact i
