jen holloway joins us now live from outside the church of the way. this security video gives a whole new perspective on this guy. >> reporter: it does and there's a whole lot of quit this 11 minute crime spree all caught on tape, it's full of frustrations, a lot of clothing mishaps and loot too big for a get-away bike. the surveillance system turned out to be a saint as it captures this brazen burglar in action. with big bolt cutters he used as muscles squeezing the tool around the metal. he tugged, he pulled, he gave it all trying to cut the burglar bars off the church loose and he is able to remove the screen. he stops at one point to take a breather. maybe some holy water would have quenched his thirst, but eventually he gets back to work and continues his crime. notice he is wearing a handmade mask, a summer white shirt pulled over his head tied in the back and his face poking through the t-shirt neck home, but this disguise winds up working against him as he tries to shimmy throug the edge of his shirt gets caught up on a-and pulls back his -- o

jen holloway joins us now live from our tampa news center with a look at where things stand right now. >> a state of emergency is in effect now in manzanita after two waterspouts moved onshore and thankfully no lives were lost. imagine looking out your backdoor and seeing this, a tornado strong enough to rip apart neighborhoods. this video captures the beginning of the destruction as it was happening in the act. it was taken by connie ward. she later admitted even th still says it was way too close for comfort. >>> in other video from the down town area emergency crews were quick to respond especially for downed power lines. this one in particular was causing concerns as a shred of metal dangled from the electrical wire. thousands are still without power. the storm also blew debris through windows leaving shards of glass behind as well and the wind as it pushed over trees on homes as well. that same weather pattern is expected to affect northern california bringing heavy coastal winds, rain and flooding tomorrow through sunday. >> thank you, jenn holloway, live in the tampa news cente
