jenelle, good morning. >> good morning, eric. i still have a smile on my face so that's a good thing. no snow at all but lots of rain coming down. we've got high winds, blustery winds. we've got fog in some spots and we've got mudslides, rocks falling, possible trees falling. possible standing water. when i was driving up here -- oh, there it is now. it's dark outside. fortunately i bought new tires a couple weeks ago. i had thick tread going on so that helped a lot. saw sanders, loaders and big trucks along highway 17. ready to rock and roll at a moment's notice. but since there's no snow, they're patrolling for other hazards. if you see a truck with orange lights flashing, stay out of their way. they're doing their thing. >> we're on standby, getting ready for the snow. apparently there's no snow but what we're concerned about now is the heavy winds. because it's been raining all last night, we're concerned about the wind comin' up and toppling over trees. >> the school districts in the mountains are also prepared for anything.
