but improving conditions from philadelphia and jenkins town and norristown and some sprinkles could pop up near the ocean through the afternoon. and areas like honey brook, chester county and fleetwood and allentown, we do still have lingering cells that are putting down extra rain. this are not inundating cells and slowing you down on the roads a little bit more. down the shore, pretty much drying out at this point with light sprinkles and showers and the same in glassboro and gloucester county and newcastle county has rain to deal with. wherever you see the greens it's inundating rainfall, and slower going on the roads where we see the drying, it doesn't look like we we are in and out of these rain drops but at 5:00, 5:35 nothing it left than drizzle. part of the reason for that is the strong wind gusts, we have them mainly over south jersey and winds are gusting to the mid to upper 20s and you can see why, we still have that center of low pressure right here, i'll clearly mark it for you, that is where the wind vectors are moving around the center of the low before they spill back ov
