she plays the jennette cyst who -- jennette cyst who suffered the brca gene linked to breast cancer and ovarian cancer. i'm delighted to have the real annie parker right here in the studio with me. also the movie's writer and director steve bernstein. thank you both for being here. i have to ask you, annie, how does it feel to have a movie about your life? >> it's pretty surreal, i can tell you that, yes. it's been a wonderful journey a and adventure for me. >> you were diagnosed with breast cancer. then a couple of years later ovarian cans gler correct. >> and again another cancer. that started this whole ball rolling, didn't it? >> yes. i had breast cancer at 29, ovarian cancer at 38, and what my oncologist called an inknow primary in 2006 behind my liver. >> and you were wondering because your mother had cancer, correct? >> correct. >> your sister. they had died of cancer. and you started raising the question, there must be something. >> i had to put it down to more than bad luck. my mom was actually pregnant with me when she found out that she had breast cancer. so i feel like i've
