jenny joyce is on the scene. jenny? >> good morning guys. well the victim is in stable condition at jefferson hospital. she is still recovering. we are told that police did make arrest. this victim was stabbed by another female student outside his philadelphia high school. apparently the fight started inside the school, then spilled outside, after school was dismissed on the 2,000 block of watt street, alleyway across from the school. it happened around 3:30, police say the 17 year old female victim stabbed under the eye, in the arm and abdomen. police believe the weapon was pair of scissors. victim's mom approached our chris o'connell and shared her daughter's series of events, saying she was trying to protect a friends and instead became a victim. >> so she was just -- the girl got mad because she didn't want to fight her. she just smuck my daughter from behind, then it just escalate from the there and the girl pulled out a weapon. miami shock. these kids don't have no type of guidance, or morals, anything. she could have thought of a bett
