how much is this going to hurt, jennifer? - you know, it's going to hurt us a lot. and we are probably not going to feel the pain right away, but they are looking at a passenger facility tax, which we already pay - it's about $2.50 to $5. we want to raise that. they are looking at another security tax, the so- called 9/11 tax. right now we pay about $2.50 to $5 per flight for that. they want to raise that to about $7.50. and then there are other taxes they are looking into. one of them is a $100-per-flight tax. - ouch! what's going to happen here with that money? - the obama administration - all of this is in obama's budget, his fiscal year '14 budget. and what he wants to do is he wants to pay down the deficit with it. so like the 9/11 tax, for example, which goes to pay for security, would be put toward - not all of it, obviously, but the increase - would be put toward deficit reduction. - how likely is this to actually happen, though? because congress shot the president down on this before. they said, "no way are we raising these prices." - that's right. we will

jennifer, what is the sunday forecast? >> i have to tell you, alison, we're going to continue to see more rain coming down through parts of the midwest, and we still have flood watches in place across parts of kansas as well as into missouri. you can see areas in green, and that means, of course, the ground is saturated. so, once again, we could continue to see themes of flash flooding like we just saw, coming out of the springfield, missouri. to give you an idea how much rain we're talking about, some of the areas, 8 to 10 inches of rainfall came down. keep in mind, flash flooding the number one weather-related killer. so, certainly, if you are seeing flooded roadways, don't drive through them. save your life as well as those first responders as well. looking at the radar, still some rain coming down through parts of missouri as well as into kansas, so that's why we had those flooding watches in place. so, some of these locations still could see potentially, let's say 4 to 6 inches of rainfall as we go through the next 48

jennifer, what do you know? >> what we know is officials have told ed henry at the white house that in fact federal prosecutors have in fact filed a sealed criminal complaint against nsa leaker edward snow den, the u.s. is going to be asking for snowden to be detained on provisional arrest warrant. this is the first step in requesting extradition from hong kong as the judge was just describing. snow den was charged as we have learned with espionage, theft and conversion of government property, and what we do know is that the case has been sealed in the eastern district court of virginia. that's important because that's where his employer bruce alan is located. it's also a court that has dealt with a lot of national security cases over the years. so, it will be very interesting to see if the hong kong government, which again will have to get permission from china if i understand correctly whether they will proceed with an extradition of edward snowden if, in fact, they know where he is located at this time, shep.
