jennifer brice is on the scene. the most important thing is no one was hurt. >> reporter: that is correct. firefighters say one person was inside the building when the fire started. it was actually the building owner andy was able to get out safely. this building which is a dental business called maximum, was fully involved when firefighters showed up. a person driving by saw the flames and called 911. when firefighters arrived the flames were shooting through the roof. they were directed to fight the fire defensively from the ground to keep people from getting hurt if there is a roof collapsed. luckily the building owner does not have any kind of health issues and doesn't want to be treated for anything because he was able to get out so quickly. i am also told homes and other businesses in the area, the stripmall, nothing has been affected, just that one building. but that one building is a live in denver jennifer brice, cbs4 news. >>> more breaking news, in arvada a possible threat led to a lockdown in arvada k-8

jennifer brice is there now, and jennifer, police have released pictures, they hope, will bring in tips and lead to a suspect. >>reporter: they have, and the pictures are pretty clear, jim, we're going to show them. both inside and outside of this hotel, are a lot of surveillance cameras, we saw them today m detectives were able to get a couple of image, three different men that they're interested in talking to. they want some information about how this woman was stabbed. wheat ridge police say this man is a person of interest in a stabbing at the howard john's off of west 44, seen leaving the hotel in a baseball cap with lettering and a dark jacket. he was carrying a large bag and smoking a cigarette. these two men, police believe, are witnesses that they want to talk to as well. >> there was a woman outside of the howard johnson's on west 44th, with multiple stab wounds. stab wounds to her face and neck, she flagged down someone here, who called the police. and employees of the hotel say that the woman is a tenant on the second floor where the police have been investigated most of the
