jennifer davis live with the latest. what is going on out there?porter: one of our officials had called this fire very angry on monday and yesterday he would say now, it is kind of cranky. that is a reflection of the fact that firefighters feel like they are making some progress here. they are aided in great part by the weather which was much better. humidity was higher and the temperature a toonie bit cooler. that helped them get out there and set back fires. these are roled burns they set on the slopes to clear out some of the brush. this is not being driven by winds. there are no winds out here to speak of. this is a terrain-fueled fire. that mean it is picking up the brush and debris on the ground and that is what is moving it alon it is a big fire. it is still a beast but they do feel like they are making progress on it. 22% contained now. >> what about all of the rest didn't ordered to evacuate. are they being allowed home? >> yes, thousands were allowed to come back last night. that is a reflection of the fact they do feel the danger has sub
