i'm jennifer franciotti. lisa has the weekend off. >> i'm barry simms. we've got another round of winter weather. let's go right to our meteorologist who's been tracking what's been going on. lowell? >> a popular theme on twitter and facebook now is where is the snow? all i can tell you is that it is coming. we're just not getting as much as we thought. i'm going to explain to you why. i have outlined that area there. dry slot is -- a dry slot is basically something that is very popular in this region when it comes to winter weather. unfortunately, it is a forecast killer when it comes to the snow. what's basically happening, with the approaching front, you have a section of dry air that is descending. it causes evaporation and basically in areas we thought there would be moisture it simply isn't there. good news for snow lovers is that it is starting to fill in. that wet weather is on its way for the greater baltimore area. certain areas of pennsylvania -- all of pennsylvania, i should say, it is pretty much snowing there, and portions of western maryla
