jennifer franciotti is live with the warning. what is going on?hoe spoke with one victim said she was terrified that her brother-in-law would be killed unless she wired money. >> it was the scariest thing i've ever been through. >> the man who called herself on claimed her brother-in-law had just been in a car crash and the other driver kidnapped him. >> he just kept repeating, "michael will be killed if you don't do what we say." i said, "i will do whatever. tell me." he said, "i need you to go to western union and wire the money to us." drove explained as he around baltimore county as the person gave her instructions. she then wired $500 and the caller demanded more money. >> i don't have any more money. he hung up. >> it turns out it was all a scam. her brother in law was never in danger. three calls have been reported within the last week in anne arundel county. >> they are calling people's sell phones. they could be calling multiple phones before they get somebody on the line. say residentsrs are getting calls in baltimore county, montgomery
