[ ♪ theme music ♪ ] >> cenk: all right unfortunately we have another problem in lack land air force space. 31 trainees have been identified as victims of sexual assaults, and staff sergeant walker is among 12 instructors who are being investigated. he's being court-martialed right now. they are saying he has engaged in inappropriate sexual conduct with 10 female recruits, and the town is understandably upset about it. here is a local news report. >> he was in charge of training them but now staff sergeant walker is charged with raping and sexually assaulting some of the female recruits. walker would visit and assault them after lights out from october 2010 through june of last year. he's accused of sending sexual texts and photos to the women which is against military law and using his authority using fear to keep them from reporting it all. >> all those elements have to be in place in order to conduct the training mission. >> cenk

now speaking of mitt romney hiding things, let's go to governor jennifer granholm who broke a story last night on "the war room." the notebook has details on this. governor granholm. let's start with you. talk to me about the documents on your program last night. what do they show? >> well, we found documents from the massachusetts ethics commission. this is a commission that reviews whether individuals have a conflict of interest. so when he was first elected governor in 2002. when he became governor in 2003 he began filing this report. it's a chunky report, and it's supposed to depict conflicts. he has to list his business entities and his ownership. 15 pages long just of the list of companies he has affiliations with. in this document--this is the only document that distinguishes between what he had an active participation in, and what he had passive participation in. and in this document it lists 46 companies that he had an affiliation with. some were passive but 11 of them were active, where they were 100% bain-controlled and he had active leadership in. he took salary from, also. n
