one of the many people stuck this morning on the bridge not moving very quickly is our own jennifer jolly where we moved a hundred yards or so but back into park. seems weird to be stuck up here. people are outside of their cars. it's a beautiful day. a few people have ridden by me on bicycles getting back off the bridge. it's a strange feeling. everybody's in good spirits. everybody's taking it in stride. >> all right. jennifer your phone appears to be breaking up but we appreciate the information. she said about an hour and a half now and traffic moving very, very slowly. that's partially because the chp keeps closing off different lanes. first it was two lanes, now it appears to be three lanes. it also appears they're gonna walk that bomb-sniffing dog past the s.u.v. and see if that dog can smell anything out of the ordinary. while that's going on, while that officer is taking the dog around the s.u.v., we're gonna check in with frances for a look at alternates and the overall traffic situation. >> eric kristen, yeah i'm surprised they're letting traffic by with a bomb threat. they nev
