fox 29's jennifer joyce is in norristown tonight with more. jennifer? >> reporter: good evening, iain. as a community continues to mourn the death of robert braxton the montgomery county district attorney's office continues to dig for answers just moments ago i did speak with coroner's office who confirmed that braxton died of multiple gunshot wounds. one man is dead and his family is looking for justice. police say 27-year-old robert braxton of montgomeryville shot once in the chest during a sunday morning service at keystone fellowship church in north wales. the montgomery county district's office is interviewing witnesses and gathering every bit of evidence before deciding whether to file charges. police have not named the shooter but say he's cooperating with police. the da confirms that the man had a permit to carry a concealed weapon and says he fired the shot after a fight broke out between him and the victim. the victim was unarmed. >>> we're going to have to determine whether the shooting was justified under the law. we are still interviewing w

fox 29's jennifer joyce is in north wales tonight with new information. jennifer?> reporter: iain, good evening. the montgomery county district's office tells us his investigation is on-going. at this point charges have not yet been filed. as we await many answers in this case. the church community begins the grieving process. condolences are pourin pouring n social media sites like facebook in remembrance of 27-year-old robert braxton of montgomeryville shot and killed during a church service at keystone fellowship church in north wales. one woman comments on the church's facebook page saying "my prayers go out first and for most to the braxton family. i'm so sorry for your loss of such a wonderful, loving, well-loved son. he was loved by so many people and touched so many lives ". >>> another comment takes us deeper into the moment the shot was fired. let's get right out there to fox 29's jennifer joyce. good morning, jenny watch can you tell us?reporter: good morning, bill. three people are dead, fourth shooting victim was found about a block away and he's transported to the hospital. police tell thus this happened earlier this morning. police called out to the 600 block of east westmoreland street for a barricade situation. that went on for a couple of hours. police were communicating with a male suspect through megaphone eventually we are told that he surrendered peacefully when police walked inside the home. they found three people shot to death. police say there is a fourth victim that was down the block away that person was transported to a local hospital. we don't know the extent of that person's injuries. police at this time aren't releasing any information about the victims and they're relationship to the suspect. police say in addition to this situation, they had another incident in northeast philadelphia overnight. a busy and violent night. >> second barricade situation tonight overnight and in both instances detect
