"action news" reporter, jennifer joyce is live outside norristown police with the details. jennette? >> reporter: good morning, matt, that second victim died at the hospital after being listed in critical condition. this is video of the scene, police towed away the car after inspecting it and resteving and checking the evidence they were able to find happened around 1:15 at chain street near west oaks in norristown, one person was shot dead and pronounced dead in the car. the car left in the middle of the road. the second person was rushed to the hospital again in extremely critical condition. that person ultimately did die. no word on a shooter or motive. in fact the shooter is on the run. detectives are looking over the evidence hope it leads to an arrest. as soon as we get information we'll pass it along. tam. >> fire broke out at a waste management facility in philadelphia. crews contained the flames to the garage area and clearing smoke from the rest of the site. there's no word on the cause. >>> classes resume for the parkland school district in the lehigh valley. a m
