[ cheering and applause ]. >> i've heard a lot of constituthank yous, so i'm going to skip that part. it is an honor today to be here with my colleagues, especially those from the community and frontline staff. we've been working together and are bringing a milestone in our country. the first mental health program for those who made care. this will enhance the lives of residents in the city of san francisco. as a registered psych nurse, it has been my passion and duty to make sure that adequate care is provided to all my clients, regardless of their stations in life. together with supervisors ronen and haney, our community health providers and advocates, the department of health, and mayor breed, we've created something truly revolutionary.
