lets get to jenny joyce in east falls where it was pretty bad last night, hi, jenny. >> reporter: we have that black ice in parts of certain areas around here. we are in east falls. this is a section right off of lincoln drive. you can see the left over snow from yesterday and the the day before. a section of the lincoln drive in the area of gypsy lane has been shut down for several hours because of left over water that was on the ground. it was apparently running down the hill and on to the drive. officials say that run off caused even a cautious drivers to be caught off guard. the slick spot sits in the curve in the road. people need to make sure they are going speed limit or under to avoid any issues. it is currently 19 degrees but as the next couple of hours that temperature will drop as low as 14 degrees. last time we talked to people in doylestown who were already predicting a slippery tuesday morning commute. >> it is getting a little icy right now. by tomorrow morning it will be bad. >> half an hour and 40 minutes the temperature tropical at least 15 or 20 degrees. >> the roa
