jensen: his daughter was at the precinct when i came on to file a report.ember talking to her. she had marks... she was beat pretty good by him? by him. but it was this morning. so when i explained to her-- it was already 6 or 7 hours after the fact-- so i explained to her she needed to have a report taken or we couldn't go arrest this guy for that. i took an ashtray and flung it behind me 'cause i was right in front of the table. i flung the ashtray behind me and hit her in the leg and i felt really bad. when i talked to her she had a black eye and a pretty good scrape on her arm. and her legs were scraped up. i don't know nothing about that. all's i know is i hit her in the leg with an ashtray. and i felt really bad about it. really bad. yeah, i'm sure you did. i did because i didn't even mean to hit her. and i came up to her and i said, "i'm sorry." and she just kept pushing me away saying, "leave me alone." why would she say you did all the other damage? i don't know. do you think she would blacken her own eye? no. then what do you think happened? i don
