nbc bay area's thom jensen suz in the courtroom for us and joins us live from san francisco. thom, what happened? >> reporter: well, marcus, that hearing that we expected, the arraignment was suspended until april 25th. that happened because the suspect's attorney is out of town on vacation, unavailable to be in court today. so they requested a continuance until the 25th. the judge granted it. so we haven't been able to see charging documents or any other court records that might have some of the details that we've been looking forward to, like a motive or whether or not a knife or any sort of weapon was recovered. the 38-year-old suspect, nima momeni, was one of the last people known to have seen bob e was stabbed to death on april 4th. that's when police found him with stab wounds with about 2:30 in the morning, and he later died in a hospital in san francisco. momeni was arrested at his emeryville home yesterday and charged with the april 4th murder of lee. that's when the d.a.'s office and a substitute defense attorney were careful not to gave lot of details as they left
