so what specifically was jeremy hunt saying and offering to people? none really. down a couple of times in the last year or so and was asked if he was going to do it again and he did say that if the space was there than the conservatives would like to bring another national insurance got before the election. if we can afford to go further, responsibly, to reduce the double tax on work this autumn, that is what i will do because over time we make no apology for wanting to keep cutting the double tax on work until it is gone. but only when we can do so without increasing borrowing and without cutting funding for public services or pensions.
