june at 4.8%. we haven't seen that kind of inflation expectations since 2013. what does the divergence mean if you are playing it? jeremyetch, cibc head of g10 fx strategy, joins us now. the divergence continues in terms of inflation expectations, in terms of policy. is it reflected yet in the markets? jeremy: there is this extreme divergence in terms of the underlying dynamics, but hasn't yet necessarily taken the euro significantly lower yet. i think we will progressively see those taken out of the market. i think it is interesting just listening to those comments you had from madame lagarde earlier that it is very much the case that i think it has generally been seen as a low level priority because it wasn't a month where you got an updated forecast. it has taken on an increasing degree of residence because of the structural changes that the president's underlining, and i think that new forward guidance which will effectively guarantee lower for longer as far as the ecb is concerned should start to weigh on some of those euro longs, and i think we will gradually progressively see euro-dollar going lower through time.
