next is >> jermila mccoy. >> gooding board of supervisors. i too spoke last week. when i did speak last week i spoke about being a survivor and a victim, so i'm not going to take too much of your time today. i'm looking to join this council to basically i want to help change the face of reentry. as a program manager, now at san francisco bay good will, program manager over reentry, i'm looking to join this council (inaudible) 43 thousand barriers that formally incarcivated individuals nase returning home. some of the same barriers i faced. i'm looking to join this council to help. help formally incarcerated individuals with mental health barriers gain access to employment, gain access to housing inequities, gain access to just removing job readiness training, vocational training, just change a lot of these social inequities these individuals face when returning home. so, if my message is heard today one thing that i want to that i want other victims to be able to stand up and be survivors. thank you. >> thank you mrs. mccoy and thank you for sharing that with us. n
