[applause] mr. berman: is congressman goodlatte here? he is coming in. it is an honor for me to be here and to introduce congressman goodlatte. as many of you know, he is retiring this year after a long run in virginia. he has always been a leader on internet policy. he worked tirelessly on encryption policy, surveillance policy geared we've dialogued over the years on these issues. but what was critical and he has been absolutely critical to the success of the internet education foundation, which runs because of bob goodlatte and tim morgan, and they both deserve a hand just for that.
