the jerry garcia amphitheatre, we had a number of great meetings with permities, folks wanted small cosmetic improvements, make the green room look nicer. improve the sound panels, et cetera. but then the idea that i think that has come out through the design process was really the idea of creating more flat space right by the entrance, because that would automatically allow you to program the area with a broader set of amenities that could support larger and more diverse crowds. if you were thinking about changing the types of acts or activating more, we need the infrastructure to support those audiences and right now, it's very easy for us to serve 300 people there and it's more difficult to serve a thousand people there consistently. two other ideas identified for after, or if future funding is identified, is to create also temporary fencing insulation, so you could for events, for the purpose of crowd control, or fundraising or one thing or another. you could put up fencing, but it would not be permanent. you could take it down after an event. lastly, the hill is very steep behind the se
