some developing news right now, a high court in texas has ruled against the dallas cowboys owner jerry jonesheard by a jury. jones's lawyers originally filed an appeal to have the suit dismissed. according to a report in the dallas morning news. this lawsuit comes from a september 2018 incident. we're a woman claims that jones kissed on the mouth and forcibly grabbed her without her consent. jones has denied the allegations. that's 70 show. actor danny masterson has been sentenced to 30 years to life in prison for 2 women nearly 2 decades ago. masterson has been in custody since may when he was convicted of 2 women at his home in the hollywood hills in 2003 prosecutors argue that masterson used his prominence in the church of scientology, of which he is was a member and so were his victims at the time in order to avoid consequences. for years after the attacks, both women gave statements in court today on the trauma that they have experienced and the suffering that has brought them. so we now know how a convicted killer escaped from a pennsylvania prison last thursday. now this newly release
