mostly rain ipsuffix county along the jersey shore. look at this area of pink, that's where icing is possible. and it does not take much ice at all to make for very slippery roads, primarily snow for upper portions. those are locations where some accumulation is possible. this is just one model, but doing a nice job of showing that accumulation of ice is not high. but areas like chester county, delco, down into south jersey and especially new castle county, even just a few hundredths of an inch can be slippery for your tires. as for snow potential, likelihood we wasn't see anything other than a brief dusting before the ice turn over along the 95 corridor. it's farther to the north along allentown where we could see 3 to 4 inches. this model going 3 1/2 and over half a foot in mount poconos. these are areas where the snow may lastonger and then icing will occur making for crunchy snow that is easier to drive on. through 9:00 a.m., an icy mix. from 10:00 a.m. to noon it'll be cloudy. we may have a break in precipitation, but noon to 4:00
