this rain has not transitioned yet to parts of south jersey or along the shore. in cape may you're seeing dryer conditions. one thing we're watching here is the change over from rain to snow. just outside wilmington, we're starting to see a bit of this changeover. the temperatures at the surface still fairly warm. as the snow comes down, it's not sticking. it's a little too warm at the surface, but you're still going to be dealing with decreased visibility. so you still want to be careful driving around the entire day. plus we'll see those wind speeds sticking with us as well. stretching down to millville we're still seering parts of our area that have not seen any rain just yet. our wind speeds are going to pick up. the entire area will see wind gusts close to 50 miles per hour as we get closer to your lunch hour. we'll have details on that, but right now we'll send it outside to steve sosna who is monitoring the situation outside the studio. >> reporter: good morning, brittany. it's a chilly morning merchandise it's a whole different story in terms of the feel.
