guest: i'm not familiar with the progress in camden, new jersey so i cannot speak to that. i will say new york, new jersey and connecticut have made significant changes in passing legislation. i suggest you reach out to your local legislative bodies to get an update. host: we had on this program last month a gentleman -- a former nypd police officer. he talked about some of the causes. listen to a little bit of what he had to say and get your reaction.
