"nbc 10's" matt delucia is live for us this morning with new details from overnight, matt. >> reporter: chris, we've seen a lot less activity in baltimore compared to last night. once that curfew went into effect baltimore city police report there were no major incidents and only a handful of arrests. that curfew on the first night as we mentioned ends in less than an hour and this morning schools will be reopening today. initially once that curfew went into effect at 10:00 p.m. there were still plenty of people in the streets. police used smoke cannons to disperse the crowds. the police commissioner says eventually the clouds left peacefully clearing the streets by 11:00. >> in totality after the city after our curfew went up we've had about ten total arrests. getting r
